SentryMaster's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth in this document. SentryMaster warrants to the original purchaser that new SentryMaster products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. For products provided as a
replacement option under the conditions of this warranty, the warranty on the replacement product is the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
If you discover a defect, SentryMaster will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid to SentryMaster in Alton, Illinois. Products must be properly packaged to insure safe transport. Before returning a
product, please contact SentryMaster at 1-618-466-8490 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. A copy of the receipt or bill of sale bearing the purchase date and name of purchaser may be required for warranty service.
This warranty applies only to products which can be identified as being manufactured or distributed by SentryMaster. SentryMaster does not warrant any product that is not manufactured or distributed by, or with permission from SentryMaster.
This warranty does not cover:

Abnormal wear and tear

Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment or neglect

Damage caused during installation

Damage caused by the facility or conditions in which the product is used

Damage caused by modification or repair not made or authorized by SentryMaster

Products whose SentryMaster identification label has been removed

Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging
-
Damage caused by electrical overload or power surges
THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. SENTRYMASTER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. NO
SENTRYMASTER DEALER OR AGENT IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS, EXTENSIONS OR ADDITIONS TO THIS WARRANTY.
SENTRYMASTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM AND BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COST FOR REPRODUCING
DATA STORED IN MEMORY ON OR FROM A SENTRYMASTER PRODUCT.
Some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may be entitled to other rights that vary from jurisdiction to
jurisdiction.
SentryMaster may make periodic changes to the information contained herein, which will be incorporated in revised editions provided with future product purchases and replacements.
