• Do I need a AC outlet or network connection by the door I want to monitor?
  No, You can mount the sensor up to 50' from the counter unit where AC and Network Connection are available.

• How do I connect to Traffic Log Pro?
  You have to purchase the CountMaster Web counter and set your router to port forward the counters IP. This is covered in this document

• Can I connect the counter to a network?
  Yes, But you have to purchase the CountMaster Web Counter.

• Can I import counts into Excel or generate reports?
  Yes, with the addition of ReportMaster software to the CountMaster Web Counter.

• My counter is not showing counts, How do I fix this?
  1. Check the sensor setting in the counter module and make sure it is correctly.
  2. Check the alignment and sensitivity of the sensor.

• I lost my Manual Can I get a new one?
  You can download the manual here.

• Why do I have to use a static IP address on the CountMaster Web?
  A static IP lets you and the ReportMaster software to find the counter by this address.

• How easy is the counter to install?
  The counter requires just a few screws to attach it to the wall.
  You may need some help from someone with basic network ability to install the CountMaster/WebMaster.
